This Privacy Policy applies to the Paint Mix Master mobile application, together with any related services operated by WDOWIAK SP Z O O, collectively referred to as the “Application”. WDOWIAK SP Z O O is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.
Paint Mix Master does not require registration and does not collect, log, store, sell, or share personal information during normal use of the Application.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download or use it. No account, login, profile, registration, or authorization is required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted by network infrastructure only to enable connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this data, use it for tracking, or use it to identify users.
Location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect personal information, the Service Provider does not share personal information with third parties.
The Application may be distributed through Google Play. Google Play and other third-party platforms may process data independently under their own privacy policies and terms.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information during normal use, there is no in-app data collection to opt out of. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Data Retention
The Application does not collect or store personal data; therefore, there is no personal data retained by the Service Provider from normal app usage.
If you voluntarily contact WDOWIAK by email or another external communication channel, the information you provide is used only to respond to your request and is not collected through the Application itself.
Data Deletion
Because Paint Mix Master does not collect or store personal data during normal use, there is no app usage data to delete.
If you have voluntarily contacted the Service Provider and want any message or contact information you provided to be deleted, please send a deletion request to support@wdowiak.it.com. The Service Provider will review and process the request as required by applicable law.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them.
Since the Application does not collect personal information during normal use, children’s personal data is not collected through use of the Application alone.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure through normal app usage is minimal. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to any systems and communications it manages.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting app users’ personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided outside the Application, the Service Provider will notify affected users where required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be reflected by posting an updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will request consent before material changes take effect.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy may be requested by contacting the Service Provider.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
